8. Submit a Page to Google in One Click
This Week's Practice: Submit a Page to Google via Search Console
Welcome to this week’s edition of The 15-Minute Practice — a short, powerful tip to help you grow your private practice with clarity, one simple step at a time.
Your 15-Minute Action This Week
Submit a page to Google using Search Console
What You'll Get
In 15 minutes, you’ll tell Google, “Hey, I updated this!” — helping your new or refreshed page show up faster in search results.
1. Log in to Google Search Console
(If you haven’t set it up yet, follow this step by step guide)
2. In the top bar, paste the full URL of your updated blog post or service page.
3. Click “Request Indexing.” That’s it! Google will recrawl the page, usually within a few hours to a few days.
Bonus: Just published something new? Use this same step to speed up visibility.
This Step's Purpose
When you change or publish a page, Google doesn’t always notice right away. This tool gives your content a gentle nudge — no waiting weeks to be seen. It’s one of the simplest ways to stay visible when you’re actively improving your site.
Try It Today
Choose one page you’ve updated lately — maybe a blog post or your about page. Pop it into Search Console. Click once. Done.
And if it sparks an idea or a question, just hit reply to this email. I’d love to hear what you find.
See you next week,
