At the end of the month, we’ll meet for a focused review session to look at your progress, celebrate what’s working, and map out what’s next—so you walk away with confidence and clarity.

What You’ll See In Your SEO Review

  • I check if your site is fast, mobile-friendly, and structured well for search engines. This includes things like page speed, heading structure, missing or duplicate meta tags, broken links, and whether your site is easy to navigate.

  • You’ll see how many sites link to yours (and which ones), your overall domain authority, and opportunities to build better, more relevant links that improve trust and visibility.

  • Which pages are getting found on Google—and which aren’t? I’ll show you your top-performing pages and highlight any areas losing traffic or not reaching their potential.

  • Which search terms you currently rank for, how high you rank, and where there’s opportunity. I look at both branded (your name or practice) and non-branded terms (like “anxiety therapy in Seattle”).

  • How well your site shows up for city- or neighborhood-specific searches. I check for things like location keywords, map embeds, Google Business Profile integration, and directory listings.

  • Are your pages too short to be useful? Are your blog posts fresh and connected to your services? I look at how helpful your content is for both Google and your potential clients.

  • A review of therapy websites identified as traffic competitors to your website, to see how you compare: backlinks, keywords, review count, and content quality. This helps uncover ideas and gaps you may want to address.

  • Not everything that matters shows up in an SEO tool. That’s why I go further with a human-led review. Here’s what I check:

    1. Is it immediately clear who you are, where you are, and who you help?

    2. Are you writing to your client’s emotional experience—not just listing your credentials?

    3. Is your navigation simple, intuitive, and client-centered?

    4. Does each major service have its own keyword-relevant, clearly differentiated page?

    5. Are your headings clear, scannable, and well-structured?

    6. Are your calls to action (CTAs) warm, visible, and emotionally appropriate across the site?

    7. Is your site visually and emotionally safe: calming, welcoming, and not clinical?

    8. Is your location clearly conveyed, and are local trust signals present?

    9. Is your meta content (titles & descriptions) crafted for both SEO and emotional engagement?

    10. Are your contact and intake forms easy to find and simple to complete?

    11. Do trust visuals—like real staff or office photos—humanize the site?

    12. Does your site maintain a therapist-focused blog that supports SEO and client connection?
