4. Add Location Keywords to a Service Page
Welcome to this week’s edition of The 15‑Minute Practice — a short, powerful tip to help you grow your private practice with clarity, one simple step at a time.
Your 15‑Minute Action This Week
Add your city or region name naturally into one of your service pages (like “Anxiety Therapy” or “Couples Counseling”).
What You’ll Get
In 15 minutes, you’ll make it easier for Google to understand where you work—and easier for nearby clients to find you.
Pick one service page to update (e.g., “Individual Therapy”).
Scan the content for one or two spots where it makes sense to mention your location.
Example: “I offer anxiety therapy” → “I offer anxiety therapy in Denver, Colorado.”
Avoid stuffing — just work it in naturally, once or twice.
Bonus: Add your location to a subheading or closing paragraph for extra clarity.
This Step’s Purpose
Google relies on location signals to match local searches with nearby providers. By clearly naming your city or area, you help both search engines and real people understand where you work. This is one of the simplest ways to boost your local visibility—no map pins or tech skills needed.
Try It Today
Open one page. Add your city. Save it. You’re done.
If it sparks an idea or question, just hit reply—I’d love to hear what you find.
See you next week,
