Hi, I’m Chris Paredes - a therapist in private practice in Seattle and a former software developer. After I changed careers and became a therapist, I quickly realized most SEO advice wasn’t built for our world - it felt too salesy, too overwhelming, or just not aligned with the heart of the work we do.
